Daughter to Steve and Tammy Jacobs, and sister to Brooke Jacobs, Taylor graduated from Red Mountain High School in 2022 where she competed under Brent and Selby Krieg. In her time competeting she earned the following personal best marks: 800m- 2:11.92 400m- 56.75
