Personal: Daughter of Donna and Edward Harmon… born October 4, 2002…has two brothers (Levi and Eli, both 26) and one sister (Jessi-22)…Jessi played NCAA DI soccer at Virginia Military Institute from 2018-19…Levi also played soccer for VMI for three years (2014-2017)… graduate of Flagstaff High School…also played soccer at Flagstaff…earned Honorable Mention All-Region (Grand Canyon Region) for soccer her junior year...her high school cross country team won the city, sectional and state championship all four years...Team Captain of the JV soccer team (2016-17), Most Inspirational Player award (2016-17), Most Improved award (2018 XC & 2019 Track), Coaches Award (2019 XC), Principals Award (2020)…majoring in Business.

2022 Track & Field: Raced in six meets during the indoor season...earned All-American honors as part of both the 4x800m relay (5th place, 9:35.07) and distance medley relay (6th place, 12:28.97) at the NJCAA Indoor Championships...raced in eight meets during the outdoor season...earned All-ACCAC honors in the 3000m steeplechase (2nd place, 12:06.93) at the ACCAC Championships...ran a personal-best time of 12:01.91 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Mesa Invite...earned All-Region honors in both the 3000m steeplechase (3rd place, 12:13.09) and the 1500m (7th place, 5:20.99) at the NJCAA Region I Championships...earned All-American honors as part of the 4x800m relay (8th place, 9:50.29) at the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Championships.

2021 Cross Country: Raced in six meets during the season...earned All-Region Third Team honors at the NJCAA Region I Championships, helping women's team to the region championship team title...finished 35th overall at the NJCAA Division II Championships, helping the women's team to a third overall finish.
