Carmella Baldwin Leads MCC Cross Country in George Kyte Classic

The MCC Women's Cross Country team competed in the George Kyte Class in Flagstaff, AZ on Saturday.

Freshman Carmell Baldwin led the charge for the Lady T-Birds as she clocked in as the fastest time for MCC and JUCO runners as she finished 28th overall with a time of 16:35. Lauren Kazaroff finished 50th and ran a 17:50 time, while Destiny Hernandez finished 63rd and clocked in at 19:10.

The team will be back in action on Sept. 23 as they will travel to San Marcos, CA for the Cougar Challenge.
