The No. 11 MCC men's soccer team dropped their season opener to No. 4 Phoenix College Tuesday night, 3-0.
The first half was a battle back and forth between the two teams as neither could get a leg up on the other, leading to a scoreless first half.
It seemed as though the second half might be a similar story until a flurry of three PC goals within four minutes of each other swung the momentum of the contest.
The men will be back in action on Saturday as they travel to take on Scottsdale, kickoff at 8:00 P.M.
