The Lady Bears and T-Birds have both played Eastern Arizona College and Pima CC. PC fell to both teams while MCC lost to EAC but were victorious over Pima.

  • Keep Jaida Brooks hot: In her last three games Jaid Brooks has averaged 16.3 points and 6.3 assists per game. Brooks ranks top five in PPG, APG, and 3PT% so far this season.

  • Force Phoenix into tough shots: MCC does a great job of making teams work for quality shots. Opponents are shooting just42.8% from the field so far this season. PC does not  shoot the ball well just 27.4% from the field.

  • Dominate the glass: MCC has been outrebounded by their opponents in three of their last four games.Phoenix comes in last in the conference in rebounds/game with just 30.3. This is a great opportunity for MCC to perfect their craft on the glass.
