Women's Cross Country adds two time state champion to 2024 squad

Signed, sealed, delivered…MCC Women's Cross Country adds Kinley Jackson to their 2024 team. 

"Very excited to have Kinley join our team for next fall, she's a very tough athlete, and knows how to compete at a high level," said head coach Daniel Pescador. 

Jackson has won two State Team Championships in high school and helped her team to back to back championships as a Junior and Senior. This year, Jackson placed 9th as a senior at the Division I state championships. 

"I really believe Kinley can come in and be one of the top runners in the country. She's going to be a big part of our continued success." said Pescador.

With MCC having a strong group of freshman runners in 2023, the addition of Jackson only puts them in a better position to battle for a National Championship.
