Orr signs with Western New Mexico

  Mesa, AZ – Mesa cross country and distance running star Maggie Orr is headed to Western New Mexico to complete her career.

  Orr signed with the NCAA Division II Mustangs Wednesday.

  "We're very proud of Maggie," said MCC head coach Daniel Pescador. "I know she's going to continue to excel at the next level."

  During the 2020 indoor track and field season she earned All-American honors with the T-Bird 4x800-meter relay team which placed seventh at the NJCAA Division I Indoor National Championships. In addition, during the cross country season she earned third team all-Region I honors.
