Women's tennis falls to Eastern Arizona, 8-1

Mesa, AZ – With only three players available the Mesa women's tennis team lost to Eastern Arizona, 8-1, Monday at the MCC courts.

The T-Birds got a sold win at No. 1 doubles from the team of Kendra Farrell and Sage Schula who topped their EAC opponents, 8-4.

The loss drops MCC to 0-2 for the year. It was the season opener for the Gila Monsters.

Mesa will be back in action Thursday hosting Glendale at 1:30 p.m.
