  Scottsdale, AZ - Playing their second straight road game against a nationally-ranked opponent, the Mesa women's soccer team fell to unbetaen and 11th-ranked Scottsdale, 4-0, Saturday night.

  In a game that was closer than the final score might indicate, it was a scoreless tie at halftime and SCC tallied its final two goals in the last nine minutes.

  The T-Birds return home for their next two games beginning Tuesday against Yavapai in a 7:00 p.m. start. Saturday nationally-ranked Pima visits. That game will begin at 8 p.m.
