Mesa, AZ- Frustration is the word of the week for the women's soccer team as they have dropped their last three matches over the last seven days, losing four matches in 10 days.
The Mesa women's soccer team let one slip away from them Thursday night, falling to Cochise College in overtime, 2-1.
The T-Birds had more opportunities to score than fingers on their hands but just couldn't convert when they needed to.
Mesa's lone goal came from Jessica Lynn(So., Queen Creek, AZ, Queen Creek H.S.) on a beautiful corner kick that she wrapped around the edge, up over the top of the goalkeeper.
Mesa is now 3-5 on the season, with another tough matchup this weekend down in Tucson against the Pima Aztecs.
