Zyan Smith Earns ACCAC DII Player of the Week Honors
Mesa Thunderbirds women's basketball player, Zyan Smith, has earned ACCAC DII Player of the Week honors for her performances last week against Arizona Western and Cochise College.
Zyan Smith, the second weekly honor for her., recorded a 15.5 scoring average, as well as 14.0 rebounds per game as the T-Birds beat Arizona Western and lost to Cochise. In addition, she had four steals, two assists and two blocks. She is a 5-9 freshman from Queen Creek, AZ, and Mesquite H.S.
