Big Sweep for Mesa Softball as Pumas Shutout in 3-0, 8-0 (5) T-Bird Victories

Mesa, AZ - The Mesa Thunderbirds softball team notched two more wins on the season as they swept the Paradise Valley Pumas Tuesday afternoon, 3-0 in game one, 8-0 in five innings in game two.

Mesa's pitching was outstanding in both games as the T-Birds only allowed eight hits all day.

With the victory, Mesa moves to 11-5 overall and 5-5 in conference play.  The T-Birds play at Scottsdale this coming Saturday beginning at noon.
