MCC Cross Country tunes up at the Mesa College Rampage

MCC Cross Country competed in the Mesa College Rampage early Friday morning.

With the field consisting of just Mesa, the Thunderbirds took the last meet of the regular season as a tuneup that allowed them to work out different race tactics.

Mesa had multiple runners earn personal records in the 5k race including Austin Rueff, Gabriel Gonzales, Dilin Nguyen, and Steven Saurini. Lauren Kazaroff and Tiffany Sanchez posted great times as they were the lone Lady T-Birds to run the course.

MCC Cross Country will be back in action next Saturday (Oct. 28) as they will compete in the NJCAA Region I Championships.
