Mesa, AZ - Tyson Tippett from the Thunderbirds men's track & field team was featured in the latest edition of the T-Birds Student Athlete Podcast.

The sophomore sprinter out of Chandler, AZ, has represented the T-Birds in fantastic fashion.

Being a three-time Region I champion and two-time ACCAC champion. Tippett has also earned six All-Region honors, four All-ACCAC honors, and earned All-American honors as part of the fifth-place 4x100m relay team at the 2022 NJCAA Outdoor Championships.

Tippett has also left his mark in the record book, having broke three school records (indoor 60m dash and 200m dash, outdoor 4x100m relay).

Tippett will wrap up his 2023 season at the NJCAA Outdoor Championships from May 18-20 in Hobbs, NM.
