Men's soccer fell to Phoenix 4-1 Tuesday night.
Much like in the first matchup against the Bears in the season opener Mesa wasn't able to generate many shots on goal, only registering five to Phoenix's fourteen.
Phoenix was able to score two goals in the first and second half to bury the T-Birds. Josh Rodriguez scored the lone goal for Mesa.
The Thunderbirds still remain winless in conference play going into their third game Saturday with a conference record of 0-1-1.
The team will travel to face Scottsdale on Saturday, kickoff at 5:30 P.M.
