Ribeiro shoots even par in round three of NJCAA Championship

Tomas Ribeiro fired an even par 72 in the third round of the NJCAA D2 Men's Golf Championship at Swan Lake Golf Course in Plymouth, IN on Thursday.

Ribeiro was two under on the front nine until he reached the 172 yard par three where he would take a double bogey to push him back to even on the day. He recovered quickly however, as he would birdie the ninth hole to go one under through the first nine holes. 

On the back nine Ribeiro would hit another birdie on the 418 yard par four 10th hole, but would find trouble on holes 12-14 as he would bogey each bringing him to one over on the day.

Ribeiro was able to gain some momentum to finish out his day as he would birdie 18 to finish even on the day as he currently sits tied for 18th place shooting two over par in the championship (69-77-72-218).

Tomas is representing the T-Birds as an individual where he is in search of the first ever individual national champion title in school history.
