Men's golf places third at Region I, DII, championship; Beach 7th

  Mesa's men's golf team finished third and Warner Beach took seventh place individually at the Region I, Division II, Men's Golf Championship which wrapped up Sunday at the Corte Bella G.C. in Sun City West, AZ.

  The T-Birds posted a 1203 team total. South Mountain won the event with an 1136. Glendale placed second at 1158.

  Beach carded a 72-hole total of 290. Dawson Moon placed 13^th at 298 and Caden Rice was 15^th carding a 303.
