Men's basketball's Brandon Cox featured on ESPN
Mesa, AZ – Brandon Cox, a member of the Mesa men's basketball team, was recently featured on a six-minute segment on ESPN.
The story centered around Cox's efforts to overcome alcohol and drug dependency and his desire to play college basketball at the age of 36.
The ESPN segment, which ran on the network's Sports Center AM, involves an interview with Cox, as well as video of him playing for MCC and having fun with his son in Theo Heap Gym.
He is now fully recovered from his ordeal and married with three children.
