Douglas, AZ- The men's basketball team suffered its first lost of the season against ACCAC opponent Cochise Apaches Wednesday night, 88-65.

The Apaches controlled most of the game, out rebounding the T-Birds and maintaining the lead for most of the game.

Khari Holloway (So. Jackson, Miss/Mountain Pointe (AZ) H.S.) paced MCC with 14 points and Nate Jimerson (Fr., Bullhead City, AZ/Mohave H.S.) added 10.

Mesa is now 1-1 on the season with ACCAC foe Scottsdale coming to Theo Heap Gym on Saturday, Nov. 22nd, tip off at 4 p.m.  That game will broadcast live on T-Birds Live.
