Kicker Austin Carver earns WSFL Special Teams Player of the Week

Kicker Austin Carver has earned Western States Football League Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance against the Scottsdale Artichokes last Saturday night at John D. Riggs Stadium. 

Carver connected on 2-2 PAT's, 2-2 F.G.'s (28,22) and also had five kickoffs for 333 yards (66.6 avg.) with three touchbacks.

For Carver, this is the first time he has earned the award but for Mesa this is the fifth WSFL Special Teams award.
