Clark was named ISC Coach of the Year over that span, as well as ISC Women's Sports Coach of the Year and NUCAA Region IV Coach of the Year and in 2017—the same season WCC qualified for the NJCAA Division Il National.  Waubonsee earned five Region IV Championship appearances in 19 tournament berths.

In 2023 Clark was honored for the impact he made at WCC as he was inducted into the  Waubonsee College Athletic Hall of Fame.
