Bio
Danielle “Dani” Burke is a dedicated and accomplished volleyball coach whose journey in the sport began in Kennewick, Washington. A graduate of Kamiakin High School, Dani went on to play collegiate volleyball at Walla Walla Community College, earning NWAC All-Conference honors while serving as team captain and excelling academically as a Scholar Athlete. She continued her playing career at Benedictine University in Mesa, Arizona, where she competed in both indoor and beach volleyball while earning a degree in Communications with a focus in sports. During her time at Benedictine, she was part of a historic beach volleyball victory—helping the program become the first NAIA team at the school to defeat a Division I opponent.
Leadership has been a consistent theme throughout Dani’s playing and coaching career. She has been at the heart of the Campo Verde High School volleyball programs for the past six years, previously serving as a varsity assistant and head JV coach before taking over as head coach of the varsity indoor team. She also leads Campo Verde’s beach volleyball program, a position she has held for five seasons. In addition to her high school coaching roles, Dani has coached elite travel teams with East Valley Juniors Volleyball Club since 2020.
Away from the court, Dani is recently engaged and enjoys spending her free time at concerts, sporting events, and exploring new places with her fiancé.
