Women's tennis falls at Eastern Arizona, 8-1

Thatcher, AZ – The Mesa women's tennis fell to ACCAC-leading Eastern Arizona Saturday, 8-1.

"It was a tough loss to a really good team in EAC," noted head coach Feroz Rast. " We knew playing this team on their home courts will be extra tough and being short a couple of players made it more challenging.
"Everyone played hard but we couldn't finish the big points. We had many chances today and I know we will do much better in a few weeks when we see them in Mesa.
"Kylie Williams continued her strong season winning a tough match in a 3rd set tie breaker. Freshman Courtney Flynn had another strong performance but couldn't get the win. Time for us to get ready for Paradise Valley next Thursday. "
