Nia Boston Earns ACCAC WBB Player of the Week Honors

Nia Boston of the Thunderbirds women's basketball team has been named the ACCAC Women's Basketball Div. II Player of the Week for her performance last week against Yavapai and Phoenix. The ACCAC announced the honors on Friday.

Boston, a sophomore from Stockton, CA, averaged 15.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 3 steals as the lady T-Birds won both games on the road against the Roughriders and the Bears.

Boston and the rest of the women's basketball team will face the Scottsdale Fighting Artichokes at home tomorrow at 4 PM.
