The MCC softball team's season came to an end on Friday at the hands of Phoenix College.
The Lady T-Birds started the day off with a victory in an elimination game against Chandler-Gilbert earlier in the day. MCC trailed the Coyotes but were able to complete the comeback for the 4-3 victory.
After their win against CGCC the Lady T-Birds had the task of taking down Phoenix College in another elimination game. The two teams had already played in the tournament on Thursday which resulted in a 10-2 PC victory.
MCC fell to the Bears for the second time in the tournament, 14-6.
