The softball team got the season sweep over Yavapai College Tuesday afternoon as they outscored the Roughriders, 34-14 between the two games.
The bats were alive in game one as MCC put up 20 runs (second most this season for the Lady T-Birds). MCC would win game one, 20-10 in five innings.
Game two was not much different as MCC again would outscore YC by 10 runs, securing the 14-4 victory in five innings.
With the two wins the team improves their overall record to 20-12 and their conference mark to 14-12.
The team will be back in action on Saturday as they travel to take on Eastern Arizona College.
