The MCC softball team split their first road conference games of the season with Chandler-Gilbert Saturday afternoon.
In game number one the Lady T-Birds came out on top 13-6 and in the second game CGCC snuck out with a 5-4 victory over MCC.
After today the Thunderbirds record is now 10-4 (4-4 ACCAC). They will be back out on the field on Tuesday as they will host Pima in a doubleheader. The first game will start at 1:00 p.m. with the second starting at 3:00 p.m.
