Mesa Track & Field competes in day one of the NJCAA Region I Multis on Monday.

The two day event will be held at Mesa Community College and will be a battle between Mesa, Pima, Central Arizona, Phoenix College, & Glendale.

See below for an approximate timing breakdown of each event on Monday. Events will begin at 3 p.m. 

Women's Heptathlon 100m hurdles - 3:00 p.m.

Women's Heptathlon High Jump - 3:00 p.m.

Women's Heptathlon Shot Put - 3:00 p.m.

Women's Heptathlon 200m - 3:00 p.m.

Men's Decathlon 100m - 3:15 p.m.

Men's Decathlon Long Jump - 3:15 p.m.

Men's Decathlon Shot Put - 3:15 p.m.

Men's Decathlon High Jump - 3:15 p.m.

Men's Decathlon 400m - 3:15 p.m.

Men's and Women's 10000m - 8:00 p.m.
