Men's golf finishes fifth at Scottsdale Invitational

  Sun City, AZ – The Mesa men's golf team finished fifth in their second event of the year, the Scottsdale Invitational, played Monday and Tuesday at the Hillcrest G.C.

  The T-Birds shot a 301-301—602. South Mountain won at 277-287—564, while Glendale was second, posting a 286-293—579.

  Warner Beach paced the MCC men, tying for 12^th place with a 72-74—146. Dylan Middlemiss tied for 16^th place at 75-75—150 and Bosse Lenssen was 19^th, carding a 75-76—151.

  Mesa will be back in action March 16-17 at the Glendale Invitational which will be played at the Corta Bella G.C. in Sun City West, AZ.
