Solid rounds push men's golf to second place at Mesa Invitational
Mesa, AZ – The men's golf team had two solid rounds and placed second at the Mesa Invitational Sunday and Monday at the Dobson Ranch G.C.
MCC shot a 13-under-par 280-283—563 and finished second to South Mountain which carded a 277-270—547. Third place went to Eastern Arizona with an even-par 290-286—576.
Dylan Middlemiss paced MCC with a five-under 70-69—139 which tied him for third place. Caden Rice and Trey Fessler tied for seventh place with identical three-under-par 70-71—141 totals.
The T-Birds will next go into action March 9-10 at the Eastern Arizona Invitational at the Mt. Graham G.C. in Thatcher, AZ.
