Former Mesa Tennis Coach Cohen Named Head Coach at E. Kentucky Univ.

Richmond, Ky. - Former Mesa T-Birds Tennis coach Adam Cohen was named as the new head coach of the men's and women's tennis programs at Eastern Kentucky university. Cohen was the head coach for the T-Birds from 2007-17. 

After leaving MCC, Cohen moved to Texas-Tyler, an NCAA Division III team at the time which subsequently moved up to Division II. EKU is a Division I school.

  During his days with the T-Birds his men's teams won ACCAC and Region I championships in five of his last six years and the women captured both titles in his final two seasons. The men advanced to the NJCAA National Championships nine times and the women six.

Cohen also played at Mesa where he was nationally ranked.
