Kate Brockman Selected NJCAA DII West Region Female Athlete of the Year
Richmond, VA - Last night, Freshman Kate Brockman was selected as the NJCAA Division II West Region Cross Country Female Athlete of the Year. This award was presented by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Brockman, hailing from Red Mountain HS, is the first female T-Bird cross country athlete ever to win this most prestigious award. Brockman and her teammates will toe the line this morning, vying for their first national title in program history.
