Maci Lopeman Earns ACCAC Defensive POTW Honors

Maci Lopeman of the Mesa Thunderbirds volleyball team has earned ACCAC Div. II Defensive Player of the Week honors for her performances in last week's matches.

The Arizona Community College Athletic Conference (ACCAC) announced the honors on Wednesday morning.

Lopeman, a sophomore from Thatcher, AZ, had a combined 30 digs, five aces, and three assists against Chandler-Gilbert and Yavapai. The T-Birds fell to the Wolves, 3-0, and beat the Roughriders, 3-1.
