Brooks takes home ACCAC DII Player of the Week

The ACCAC released their Men's and Women's DI and DII Players of the Week for Week six on Wednesday. 

Jaida Brooks represented the No. 3 Lady Thunderbirds with her breakout performance against Glendale and Pima CC last week.

Against the Gauchos Brooks had seven points, nine assists, three rebounds, and only one turnover. 

In an intense game against the No. 14 Aztecs, Brooks had 26 points (19 in the first half), five rebounds, and five assists while shooting 64% from the field.

Brooks is currently 3rd in the conference in PPG with 15.9, fifth in 3PT% with 39.4%, and second in APG with 4.6.
