2022 Track & Field: Raced in five meets during the indoor season...ran a personal-best mark of 4:53.48 in the mile at the CAC Indoor Invite...raced in seven meets during the outdoor season...ran a personal-best mark of 4:17.54 in the 1500m at the Gacuho Invite...earned All-Region honors in both the 3000m steeplechase (4th place, 10:15.55 personal best) and the 10,000m (7th place, 36:35.13) at the NJCAA Region I Championships.
2021 Cross Country: Raced in seven meets during the season...finished 20th at the ACCAC Championships (28:45), and helped the men's team in their first conference title in program history...was seventh at the ACU Invite (27:58)...earned All-Region Second Team honors at the NJCAA Region I Cross Country Championships and ran a personal-best for 8,000 meters (27:24)...finished 44th at the NJCAA Division II Cross Country Championships (27:32.6).
2021 Track & Field: Raced in eight meets during outdoor season…ran a season-best mark of 4:20.62 in the 1500m at the Gaucho Invite…ran personal bests in the 5000m (15:59.49) and the 10,000m (34:50.89) at the NJCAA Region I Championships.
