Tyson Tippett from Men's T&F Signs with Arizona

Tucson, AZ - Tyson Tippett from the Thunderbirds men's track & field team has signed with the University of Arizona to continue his academic and athletic career.

Tippett was a three-time All-American (4x100 meter relay - 2022 & 2023; 100m dash - 2023) and was a five-time ACCAC/Region I champion while representing MCC.

Tippett helped lead the T-Birds to winning ACCAC team titles in back-to-back seasons and the NJCAA Region I team title in 2022.

Tippett also has his name on three school records. The indoor 60m dash (6.69 seconds) and 200m dash (21.32 seconds), along with the outdoor 4x100m relay (39.46 seconds).

Arizona is an NCAA Div. I affiliated institution and is a member of the PAC-12 Conference. Fred Harvy will be entering his 22nd season as the director of the Wildcat's men's and women's cross country/track & field programs.
