Personal: Son of Urmas and Darlene Grossthal...born December 7, 2000...has one brother (Evan, 18) and sister (Haili, 22)…played soccer and was on the orchestra as well in high school…graduate of Valley Christian High School...majoring in software engineering.

2021 Cross Country: Ran in seven meets during the season...placed 22nd at the ACCAC Championships (28:55.1) and helped the men's team win their conference title in program history...ran a personal-best time of 27:04.5 in the 8,000 meters at the UC-Riverside Highlander Invitational...earned All-Region Second Team honors at the NJCAA Region I Championships (27:52.5)...finished 67th at the NJCAA Division II Cross Country Championships (28:09.9), where the men's team placed fourth overall.

2021 Track and Field: Ran a personal best in the 800 (1:55.21) at the Mesa Invitational…ran a personal best in the 1500-meter (4:07.95) at the Mesa Outdoor Invitational…earned All-ACCAC Honors with a third-place finish in the 800 (1:55.85) at the ACCAC Championships…Earned All-Region Honors with a third-place finish in the 800 (1:55.43) at the NJCAA Region I championships…ran in the 800 prelims and on the 4x800 relay at the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Championships.

2020 Track and Field: Qualified for the NJCAA Division I Indoor Championships in the 800 and 1000...ran a personal best in the 1000 (2:31.47) during prelims at the national championship to advance to the final, where he finished ninth…outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19.

2019 Cross Country: Placed 14th at the ACCAC Championships with a personal best in the 8K (27:29.6)...finished 200th at the NJCAA Division I Championships.
