Men's Tennis Sweeps Season Series vs Glendale

Glendale, AZ - The Thunderbirds men's tennis team defeated the Glendale Gauchos Tuesday afternoon, 9-0, to sweep the season series.

"Big win to finish conference play," said Head Coach Feroz Rast. "Region opponents are always a tough match and today playing at GCC with the strong winds was not ideal conditions. Very proud of our focus and drive today to handle our business."

"Amazing job by this team to finish conference play with a perfect 6-0 record. Jobs not done as we get ready for the region tournament next week."

The T-Birds will wrap up the regular season with a home match against the Grand Canyon Univ. club team this Saturday.

The NJCAA Region I Championships will take place next week on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Paseo Racquet Center in Glendale.
