Men's tennis earns second win over Glendale this season

Men's tennis got their second victory over Glendale Thursday afternoon, 9-0. 

The Thunderbirds improved their overall record to 5-5 and remain perfect in conference play, 5-0.

Head coach Feroz Rast was encouraged by the win especially as the team comes down the stretch of the season.

"Great match against a conference opponent. Very impressed with how we are playing, especially in doubles. Love the energy and focus going into the final week of the regular season," said Rast.

Singles:

Duncan Mulenga won - 6-0, 6-0

Asad Okoye won - 6-0, 6-0

Lukas Baruffi won - 6-1, 6-1

Andrew Hoffman won - 6-0. 6-1

Hung Pham won - 6-0, 6-0

Cade Yorkston won - 6-0, 6-0

Doubles:

Asad Okoye / Hung Pham won - 8-2

Duncan Mulenga / Cade Yorkston won - 8-1

Lukas Baruffi / Andrew Hoffman won - 8-0
