Men's tennis remains perfect in conference play after season sweep of PVCC.

The men's tennis team picked up their fourth conference win of the year over Paradise Valley Community College today, 5-4. 

With Harry Browning not in action it was next man up for head coach Feroz Rast and the team as they looked to get the season sweep of PVCC. 

Duncan Mulenga and Lukas Baruffi won both their single and doubles contests for the Thunderbirds.

"Playing without our number one player was tough but I am very proud of everyone for stepping up. Big time win by Lukas Baruffi in singles to clinch the match," said Rast on the win.

 The team will be back in action on Thursday as they host Glendale Community College.

Hung Pham lost - 1-6, 2-6

Frichard Mulenga lost - 2-6, 4-6

Asad Okye won - 6-0, 6-2

Duncan Mulenga won - 6-0, 6-2

Lukas Baruffi won - 6-2, 7-5

Andrew Hoffman lost - 4-6, 3-6

Doubles:

Hung Pham / Asad Okye lost - 5-8

Frichard Mulenga / Duncan Mulenga won - 8-5
