Men's tennis falls to four-year Ottawa (AZ), 6-3

  Mesa, AZ – Playing yet another four-year school, the Mesa men's tennis team fell to the Ottawa (AZ) varsity 6-3 Saturday.

  "We lost today to OUAZ, but we got great matches from Harry Browning and Lukas Baruffi," said head coach Feroz Rast.
  Browning won his No. 1 singles match 6-2, 6-0 and Baruffi took his match at No. 6, 4-6, 6-3, 10-6.
  Rast continued, "We also got a big doubles win by Asad Okoye and Andrew Hoffman." They won at No. 3 doubles, 8-5
  "We will work and improve before our next match," concluded Rast.
  That next match is a re-match with Ottawa on Saturday, Feb. 25 at home at 10:00 a.m. The T-Birds will open ACCAC play the following Tuesday, hosting Paradise Valley at 1:30 p.m.
