Men's golf finishes day two of Region I championship on Friday.

The MCC men's golf team continued their quest for the Region I championship on Friday as they entered day two tied for second place with Glendale.

Tyler Gerace paced the day for the Thunderbirds as he shot a team best 73 on day 2.

With a team score of 305 on the day the Thunderbirds finished the day sitting in third overall when it comes to the event as they trail second place Glendale by 10 strokes, and South Mountain by 18.

The team will be back in action tomorrow for Day 3.
