Men's golf places fourth at Chandler-Gilbert event
Queen Creek, AZ – The Mesa men's golf team opened its spring season by finishing fourth at the Chandler-Gilbert Coyote Classic at the Las Colinas G.C., Monday and Tuesday.
MCC closed with a 286-283—569 total. South Mountain won the event with a 272-273—545.
Tyler Gerace was low man for the T-Birds, carding a two-under-par 68-72—140, placing tied for seventh.
In addition Tomas Robeiro tied for 11th place at even-par 72-70—142 and Ray Ramirez was 17th with a 72-72-144.
Mesa's next action will be when it hosts the Mesa Invitational Feb. 14-15.
