Mesa Baseball hosts Phoenix College in conference action on Tuesday

Mesa Baseball gets back to work on Tuesday as they host Phoenix College in ACCAC action.

The T-Birds are coming off a series split against Chandler-Gilbert as Mesa took game one on Friday 3-2 but fell on Saturday 17-6 in eight innings. With the split Mesa's records moved to 29-17 (17-15 ACCAC).

The Bears come into action with a 19-26-1 mark (10-20 ACCAC). PC is just 1-4 in their last five games with their lone win coming against Glendale on April 6.

This will be the third time these teams clash as Mesa took both previous contests, 10-6, and 6-4 back in February. 

Mesa is still in the hunt for the No. 1 seed in the division and Phoenix College is just two conference wins away from the four seed as they are on the outside looking in currently.

After Tuesday the T-Birds will travel to take on the Bears on the road.
