Mesa Finishes 8th in Annual Daktronics Cup Standings

Mesa Community College finished 8th place in this seasons Daktronics Cup with 104.5 points.

The Daktronics Cup is awarded annually to the top programs based upon results in NJCAA national tournament competitions. This year, Mesa was the top finisher among ACCAC schools. All schools that finished ahead of MCC offer room and board while MCC does not.

This is the 10th top ten finish for Mesa who has finished among the top 25 in the nation every year except in 2020-21 when MCC did not compete in eight sports due to COVID-19.

The cup is administered by NATYCAA, the National Alliance of Two-Year College Athletic Administrators.
