Don't miss out on the opportunity to get a physical at Banner Sports Scottsdale Clinic!

Physicals will take place on June 9 with slots available from 8am-4pm.

Cost is $55 dollars, you must print and bring all MCCCD physical forms with you and have the Health History already filled out and signed before you're able to get a physical. If you're under 18 you must have a parent present or have parental consent signed prior to your appointment.
