Four teams in action on Tuesday

Four MCC teams take flight on Tuesday.

Baseball

The baseball team travels to Scottsdale Community College on Tuesday for an ACCAC matchup. The teams have met twice so far this year, each team winning once. The Thunderbirds come in with a 20-31 record (6-28 ACCAC). The Fighting Artichokes come in with a  19-24 record (14-20 ACCAC). First pitch is at 3:00 p.m.

Softball

The Lady T-Birds look to bounce back from a rough week against Phoenix College, Pima CC, and Gateway CC as they travel to take on Paradise Valley CC for an ACCAC doubleheader.The last time these teams battled in a doubleheader each team won one game. The Lady T-Birds come in with a 23-25 record (17-25 ACCAC). PVCC comes in with a 10-30 conference and overall mark. Game one begins at 1:00 p.m. with game two following at 3:00 p.m.

Track & Field

The men and women of the MCC track and field team will finish up day two at the NJCAA Region I Multi  event on Tuesday.
