Women's tennis falls to four-year Arizona Christian, 5-1

  Mesa, AZ – Taking on a strong four-year opponent, the Mesa women's tennis team fell at home to Arizona Christian, 5-1, Saturday.

"The ladies fought hard today against the highly ranked NAIA team." Noted head coach Feroz Rast. "The highlight of the day was the  play of freshman Adriana Lara Romero who continued her strong season winning in dominating fashion. The ladies had a busy week with three matches against three tough teams.  I know this experience will help us in the long run."

  MCC next hosts Indiana Wesleyan Thursday at noon.
