No. 15 women's tennis blanks Paradise Valley, 9-0

  Paradise Valley, AZ – Once again winning all matches in straight sets, the Mesa women's tennis team downed Paradise Valley Tuesday, 9-0.

  With the win, the T-Birds improved their overall record to 7-3, including a perfect 5-0 in ACCAC play.

  MCC won three of the singles matches by 6-0, 6-0 scores. No. 2 Sabrina Sanchez, No. 4 Cindy Anders and No. 6 Alahazy Rossi and won unblemished matches.

  In addition, Paige Stanford and Anders took the No. 2 doubles match, 8-0.

  Mesa will host NCAA Division I New Mexico State Wednesday at 2 p.m. and then goes back into conference play Thursday at home against Pima.
