Women's tennis falls to Pima, 6-3

  MESA, AZ - The Mesa women's tennis team dropped its first ACCAC match of the year, falling to Pima, 6-3, Tuesday.

  MCC's three points all came in singles in three of the first four flights.

  Rachael Eshillonu took a 6-0, 7-6 victory at No. 1, Sheridan Skarda (Fr., Mesa, AZ/Red Mountain H.S.) was victorious at No. 3, 7-5, 6-2 and Desiree Curiel (So., Globe-Miami, AZ/Miami H.S.) took a 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 4.

  Mesa goes back into action Friday when it takes on New Mexico Military at 1;30 p.m. at home.
